The PTR hydraulic table is a new addition to our machine park. The PTR 1600XHL is the top of the range for testing cylinder heads and can easily accept the largest cylinder heads, and due to the depth of the tub, it is also suitable for testing some engine blocks.

Most common of testing the cylinder heads is based on a pressure test. There is the water heated to 80 ° C in the bathtub, 7-10 bar pressurized air is connected to the cylinder head, and rubber seals and a plate seal the water channels (simulation of the head and block gasket). The cylinder head is immersed in the tub and observed, the brackets on which the cylinder head rests can be rotated 360 ° so that inspection is possible in any position.
